         <description><![CDATA[<p>I have frequently flown in and out of San Juan airport (SJU) I on business. I am appalled that the FAA has had to shut down the SJU Terminal Doppler Weather Radar. A clear band around the TDWR frequency would permit it to go back into operation, and improve airport safety. Dynamic Frequency Selection must leave a sufficiently wide band clear of UNII devices to make this work. Given the very faint radar echos, this would have to be many UNII channels wide.</p>]]></description>
